Richard Friedman is a former AMLAW 100 partner. He and the firm’s Of Counsel attorneys provide AMLAW 100 partner and senior attorney level litigation and counseling services at hourly rates substantially below those charged by their peers at the New York offices of AMLAW 100 and other large firms.
Richard and his colleagues handle a wide variety of employment-related matters for clients such as those involving covenants not to compete, breaches of fiduciary duties, theft of trade secrets, discrimination and harassment claims, wrongful termination claims, retaliation claims, and related issues in New York state and federal trial and appellate courts as well as alternative dispute resolution venues.
